Confidential and free mental health assessment and counseling, psychiatric care, referral services for all Penn students. Also provide Outreach and Prevention and consultation to Penn students, faculty, and staff. The goal of CAPS services is to assist students in adjusting to university life by addressing mental health concerns so they can thrive both academically and socially.

Access to brief and immediate mental health consultation available 24/7; Let's Talk program to address in the moment needs; Individual and group psychotherapy; Case Management and Referral Services (access to community providers and on-campus resources), Outreach and Prevention (e.g. collaboration with student leaders and groups, requests for mental health presentations and workshops) and clinical consultation regarding concerns for students' well-being and safety; Embedded programs for Medicine, Dental, Veterinary, Wharton and Law schools
